Golden Express provides courier services for personal items to be shipped to their families &/or friends living abroad. We facilitate online booking of consignments, making payments. Packets will be picked up from your home and delivered to your family/friends living outside India within a short time and at a reasonable cost. What Can I send through Golden Express?
Well, almost anything, however there are some restricted items, find list here

- Clothing
- Medicines (Doctor's latest prescription along with a valid bill should be enclosed)
- Excess Baggage

How It works?
Simple! Just follow these steps and you are ready to go
- Check if services are available from your city
- Fill the details in the space provided Service Availability & Price Estimation
- If service is available and you are satisfied follow these steps, need clarifications check FAQs or contact us
- Go to register now link on the site
- Provide basic info requested by the site
- OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile number
- Use the OTP and logon
- You will be directed to provide the address and KYC documents please upload the same
- On receipt of the KYC documents your account will be approved and you will receive an e-mail & SMS confirming the same
- There are some mandatory documents to be filled to ship the consignment - download the same, fill & upload the details of your consignment
- Fill the delivery address, size & weight of the consignment
- The shipping charges will be provided, make payment online or choose option to pay at the time of Pick-up and confirm
- You will receive a confirmation and time of pick-up from our team
- Our team will visit your place, check all documents, parcels & issue a consignment receipt
- If you have chosen online payment, receipt will be generated and sent online
- If you have chosen to pay at the time of pick-up, payment will be collected along with consignment
- You can track the consignment till it is delivered on our site with the number provided on the consignment receipt or Air Way Bill (AWB)
